CEEPUS Travel Support for the 2024/2025 academic year
- Outgoing students who have been awarded a CEEPUS scholarship can apply for it.
- Students who have won freemover or network applications can also apply.
- Travel Support is eligible for all outgoing students awarded with a CEEPUS Grant, but the students must indicate their request for a Travel Support in writing to the faculty and institutional CEEPUS coordinator at least 30 days before departure, so that the grant agreement can be concluded in time.
- Travel grant is paid once per mobility, based on specific country rates: (15,000 HUF/30,000 HUF/60,000 HUF)

Appliation deadline: The applications can be submitted continuously, but not later than 30 days before departure, and not later than May 15, 2025 at the latest.
CEEPUS Additional Support for Participants with fewer opportunities for the Fall and Spring Semesters of the 2024/2025 Academic Year
- Outgoing students who have been awarded a CEEPUS grant can apply.
- Students who have won freemover and network applications can also apply.
- Applications can be based on the health, educational, cultural, social, economic and geographical eligibility criteria (geographical barriers/beneficiary settlements: 105/2015. (IV. 23. Government Decree).
- Only one applications can be submitted for the additional support per academic year.
- After verified mobilities (Completed), the additional support grant amount does not need to be accounted for.
- Amount of support: 60,000 HUF/scholarship month (according to the scholarship month awarded by the host national office and actual number of implemented month)

The formal and content evaluation of the applications is carried out by the faculty and institutional coordinators of Pázmány Péter Catholic University. The evaluation of the applications of participants with health barriers is carried out by an independent medical expert commissioned by the Tempus Public Foundation.

Application deadline: Submission of applications are continuous for both the fall and spring semesters of the 2024/2025 academic year, but applications must be submitted no later than 30 days before departure, and no later than May 15, 2025 at the latest.
